“I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I've previously used a fee free broker which was ok but worlds apart from the service I've had from loan. My requirements were not straight forward, involving 2 buy to let and 1 residential property which adds complexity and limitations with many lenders. Becky had a wealth of knowledge and experience and was able to seamlessly navigate me through various options achieving 3 mortgage offers in super quick time. Becky's approach was so personable, I felt I could trust her immediately and she was empathetic to my situation throughout. I'm not the easiest of customers to please but she was literally faultless. Onto the aftercare I've also had a great experience here, everything ran lock clockwork with clear and timely updates taking away any worry I had. I've also spoken to another colleague who has found me a very competitive life insurance policy. Again, nothing too much trouble and absolutely no pressure to proceed. I'll definitely be using loan for my future requirements, great team”

“The team at Loan.co.uk have been amazing from our very first contact. Initially we dealt with Carl who listened to our all our needs and advised us of our options best suited to us. David then took over the loan application and we were very happy again with the service. All communication was responded to straight away - even over the busy xmas period! David did everything he could to get the loan approved and completed in a really short time. “From start to finish the entire team guided me through a seamless application. I came across a few hurdles ( none of my doing) so we switched from a loan to a remortgage the guidance given by Ryan and Sam was non judgemental and smooth. At a very worrying time for me life became a little easier”
