“James was great. Very much on the ball, responding to emails and phone calls missed etc. Good company to deal with. The process itself took a bit long if I had to scrutinise anything. Overall, brilliant.”

“The team at Loan.co.uk have been extremely helpful. Great service and communication. I would like to say Danielle and Aaron have been very swift in this process. Unfortunately, it took longer than expected, but this was out of their control. Nevertheless, thank you, I would highly recommend their service!”

“Tried 3 companies before Loan.co.uk and they all failed to complete the loan. The company Loan.co.uk managed to complete the loan for me and had the best rates in doing so. Very happy with the outcome, would recommend.”

“The life insurance man Richard was really helpful and friendly. He would have received 5 stars but unfortunately the loan application people weren’t quite so efficient and the constant repetition of paperwork requests were tiresome and therefore pulled the overall score down. But on the whole we were pleased.”

“Great communication, patience and understanding, especially when we had a bereavement in the family and found any admin difficult, they made it much easier so thank you all.”

“Avoid this company at all costs. Give you a super quote to start with. String things out for months until you're desperate then last minute hike the APR. Parasites. Goto the lenders direct.”
