“Had a couple of teething issues that were sorted along the way, but a massive appreciation for the service received from Richard. He was thorough, professional and polite, and a general pleasure to work with. He helped with a lot of my questions, and didnt over complicate things for me by using jargon and he made sure that he did the best he could for me in any way possible. He, himself deserves 5 stars. Thanks Richard :)”

“Quick, simple and understandable. From start to finish the customer care was to the highest standard with informative and up to date correspondence throughout. Every single person I dealt with was helpful and supportive with my application and not once did I feel pushed into anything. They really work hard for you too, to ensure the loan is accepted without you having to go through the stress of organising anything. Would highly recommend and use in future. My loan was for 25000 and the price was very reasonable in comparison to other places. The breakdown was very clear as was the terms of the security of the loan and borrowing and payback periods. For security I don't want to mention surnames but Kym and James who I dealt with were both excellent and really made me feel at ease aswell as choose the best options for me when structuring the loan. Truly commendable with their efforts and customer service. 5* service”

“From start to finish the customer service was excellent, everything clear and easy to understand. There is a fee for processing the loan we secured but, not a great amount and well worth it. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking a loan.”

“I was looking at my options to finance a vehicle and so approached loans.Co.uk. The person that handled my enquiry, Faye, was exemplary, she quickly ascertained my needs and searched the market for the best option for me. The rate was good and she found me a deal with no ERC’s which was important to me. Communication was great calling me back when agreed. Overall a great experience and I would thoroughly recommend them.”

“Absolutely fantastic service. Lee Harrison couldn't have done any more - kept on top of the process the entire way through, providing me with updates every step of the way. Being a first customer to a second charge mortgage it's all a bit daunting, but Lee explained all the details and his advice secured me one of the best products available for my circumstances. The entire process, start-to-finish, has taken no more than a fortnight since first contact. Very impressed, the company should be proud to have such valuable employees, I simply could not recommend highly enough, and would certainly use again if the need arises in the future.”

“I would 100% recommend anyone looking for help with a loan/mortgage to speak with loan.co.uk. From the very beginning speaking with Jo Tuson, a lovely lady that took all our details. She was friendly and reassuring and just so helpful. Jo really put me at ease. We were passed on to kym birkett-stubbs. Kym managed the loan through to completion and was super friendly. She kept us up to date with any changes and was really quick to get in touch for additional information needed to complete our loan in under 2 weeks. Loans.co.uk will be my first port of call when we look to re-mortgage in 2 years time. Thanks again to both ladies mentioned, you don't understand what a difference you have made for my family.”
