“I generally don't do reviews but this time i must from first contact with Cassy to closing with Lucy i can not fault this company and its staff for a level of service that went above and beyond they kept me informed at all times of what was happening and made the hole thing so easy and did it so fast so i wish Cassy Lucy and Paul and the rest of this company the best and they will be my first phone call if ever need their services again”

“They kept me informed of the full end to end process and were helpful at trying to sort everything out. The only downside is that towards the end they didn’t have clear deadlines from the actual loan company often leading to me being unclear on next steps”

“I found loan.co.uk on Google search, Robbie and the team done fantastic job. My mortgage isn't easy , straightforward mortgage. After I spoke to Robbie, November last year , I knew I will hear good new at the end. Yes of course, I was offered the mortgage yesterday. I don't know how to thanks for Robbie and the team. You all worked very hard to save my house.”

“The service I have received from loan.co.uk. Firstly Lucy with helping me secure additional borrowing to enable me to carry out works on the house and streamline my finances, and then Robert who has managed to secure life insurance for both myself and my husband at a very good price without any difficulties (when we have struggled to get the right cover for years!). “I have been blown away with the customer service and speed at which my application has progressed. 8 days in total including the weekend! Aaron and Jemma are absolute assets to this company, with their prompt replies and excellent sense of humour and friendly nature. Their knowledge of the market is second to none. I now have piece of mind with a competitive rate and much more manageable monthly payments with no penalties for over paying too! Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a loan. Well done guys!”

“I agree with the previous review in respect of Lauren Bermingham, but hers is a facilitating administrative role. The model is actually to hook you in via grand assertions about being whole-of-the-market brokers, but our experience suggests otherwise. It is pot luck who deals with you but if your case is anything other than vanilla, be prepared for big talk at the beginning followed by a long documentation gathering exercise (handed down to juniors) followed by a knock back and resulting in lots of soft searches against your credit profile! Oh and they will never give you their direct e-mail or direct phone number because, apparently, they can tell who you are from the client reference! Finally, they are too jumped up and arrogant to put their hands up and admit they have zero rapport with the lenders and are just winging it on the off-chance that they can make a commission. No regard for clients or long-term relationship management. No time to even keep you updated. You have to chase them. I recommend you avoid. Do look up a fab guy called Tom Collier, currently with Emil Thomas whose outlook is to get you where you want to be, whether residential or commercial finance.”
