“I worked with Rosie to secure my loan. She was amazing, she kept me up to date with the process of the application daily via phone and emails. Everything was explained clearly at every stage of the process and the loan was completed very quickly. Rosie was very friendly throughout the process and the customer service was excellent, thank you so much.”

“I was lucky enough to be working with Natalie to secure my loan and from the beginning she was amazing. She kept in contact with me everyday either by phone or email to ensure I know exactly where I was in the process. She was friendly and reassuring throughout and I can’t thank her enough!”

“Tom Drew of Loan.co.uk exceeded our expectations in every aspect of helping us find and secure a mortgage. He made the process relatively simple, bar a few hoops from the lender that we had to jump through, but what impressed us most was the speed at which he got everything done. Especially now that Covid has become the corporate go-to scapegoat for why everything you ask of them takes an age. Thanks Tom! Would definitely recommend”

“A huge thank you to Rosie and the team at Loan.co.uk for helping me complete on a substantial second charge mortgage! Even with a high credit score and decent salary the process takes longer and is more stressful than you will be expecting. Without the support of Rosie I think it would have fallen through or I would have left it. From the initial call (on a Saturday - which bank will do that!?) Rosie guided me through every stage, kept me fully updated and never stopped working for me, even after the first deal fell through. Trust me: When you are a month into this process and loosing the will to live as underwriters come back with ever more requirements (sometimes painfully trivial ones like needing a work landline) you will be glad to have Rosie and her colleagues on your side. Highly recommended. Thank you Rosie!”

“I was dreading facing my finances but I had to so I called Loan.co.uk. Within a few minutes I was put at ease and in a short period of time I was offered up a solution. James Leatherbarrow was brilliant, he supported me through the entire end to end journey. Kind and considerate with impeccable customer service skills - I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. I am considerably better off each month and can rest easy not having to worry about Money. Give them a call, this was life changing for us.”
