"We were very happy with all the people at Loan.co.uk. We also like the communication channels (email, sms, phone calls), quick replies, opening times (esp.on weekends when our discussions mainly took place). \r\n\r\nIt started with Jamie as he laid out all the options available for us. He got us deal which no online mortgage calculator or direct phone calls with banks did. We couldn't have got our first family home without him. He gave us the space to think it through and were there when we were ready to jump. \r\nIt was followed by Niki while we were waiting for the bank to issue the mortgage offer. \r\nAnd then Andrew who went the extra mile and flagged our case at bank as urgent (despite not having contact to correct dptm) which helped to expedite additional investigation so we could complete the purchase before the nervous seller could remarket the property. \r\n\r\nIt was stressful and tedious journey but the team at Loan.co.uk made it possible. We thank you for our lovely home."
