“From the start the process to secure a bridging loan was really simple. What impressed me most was the clarity of the loan process. No hidden fees or costs. Everything was upfront and easy to understand. I believe that without Loan Uk's knowledge of product and compliance, things would have been more complicated. Responsible Lending is at the forefront of their offering and on no occasion did I feel pushed or coersed into the deal. Great company. Great staff. And a good deal!”

“Came to the team looking for advice for our home extension with a loan to speed up the works. They were very helpful and attentive, always answered the phone in seconds and replied within hours if not 12-24h every time. Never had to chase them for a single thing they were on it the whole time, After our first attempt did not go to plan they continued on after we started to doubt funding would be possible but they found an alternative lender and got the funds desired. Great friendly staff cant fault one bit. Fully recommended to friends and family and will return again as our first port of call for the service provided. 10/10”
