“Really supportive every step and communication throughout was brilliant. Nadine would either email or text me and sometimes ring me every day to let me know the stage we were at and what I could do to push things through quicker. The one admin fee for different services is also a fantastic bonus and I will definitely be using again if I need to.”

“It was such a pleasure to work with Kari Horn and her team in obtaining a remortgage on my rental property. The whole end to end process was seemless and the attention to detail was outstanding. Nothing was to much trouble for Kari to handle and I must say in a timely manner. One other point I would like to address was the overal price for the work done. I can only say, thier pricing was exceptional. I will be using Loan UK again. Kari, a big thank you for your team.”

“Insurance is never a pleasent conversation , but Nancy was spectacular she did not pressurise me , i took a very long time and asked about 2 million questions . She never lost her cool or professionalism and always honoured the time we set for a call i would certainly recomend her to anyone looking she is brilliant at what she does and a pleasure to liase with”

“Emma, Steve and their colleagues were really helpful. They helped me borrow against my home to finish off building works that had overrun. They did it in a way that worked for me too! Regular contact and I really felt they were on my side. The opposite to my experience with a high st bank! I wish I’d started my mortgage extension process with loan.co.uk.”
