“Absolutely terrible service, and communication is pretty much non-existent. I would send and 3 or 4 emails asking for updates before any were answered and you can ring 10 times to be told every time that the person you want speak to is on the phone with another customer and they will ring you back straight away, which they never do. My advice to anyone looking to use this company is don't”

“Initially spoke with Lee, who was very helpful, totally on the ball and called when he said he would! Case file was passed to Lauren who was efficient and friendly. The process took 2 weeks until funds were released and now we can push on with our house extension! Would definitely recommend!”

“The whole process was made so easy by the friendly professional advice and guidance we recieved from Lee (first point of call) and then Jo (our case manager). The response from them was fantastic and the whole process from start to finish took less than a week.
