“Great service, for a remortgage process this was a lot easier compared to other companies. They pulled a lot of the details from the credit agency which saved a lot of effort and time, they then matched us with the right company even though our situation was non-standard and complicated due to extensive building works in progress. We had originally started our journey with another broker who wasted a lot of our time and advised that they couldn't help us after months of effort. Fortunately the team (Imogen and others) at Loan.co.uk made the whole thing easy. My only small niggle, is that they collect their fees before the whole remortgage process is fully completed. They were transparent about this, but it left me nervous around what would happen if the process collapsed after I'd paid their fees would I have to restart and be then out of pocket. It all worked out though. Thanks again for an excellent service, I look forward to using your services again in the future.”
