“It has been a long and thorough experience, but a quite memorable one. When undergoing a process such as this one, it really helps when a member of staff has those personal attributes which makes life that little bit easier. I certainly benefited from the expertise and charisma that Melissa showed in dealing with the application from start to finish. “This company has helped us in a way we didn’t think possible, such a weight has been lifted of our shoulders. We dealt with a lady called Rachel who was extremely professional but to us more importantly approachable and understanding. She really worked hard for us. We also dealt with a man called Ronan he too was just as helpful, nothing was ever a bother or nuisance to this team. We were well informed at every stage of the process. I highly recommend this company and have every faith that they will continue to help others just like us.”

“Karen, Harry and the team have been an excellent support to myself and the North Family over the past 6 months whilst we have negotiated a Bridging Loan. They have professionally offered a level of commercial and financial advice well beyond the original scope of works. They have treated us with decency, politeness and handled all enquiries through many challenging calls with a level of understanding which is a credit to them as individuals as well as to Loan.co.uk.
