“My wife Sandhya and I (Vinod) are very pleased with the service provided by Lilly Porter at Loan.co.uk. Lilly reviewed my existing policy and provided us with advice and allowed us time to reflect and decide. We decided to go ahead with the new policy as it serves our needs better than our previous policy. Lilly was patient and took time to answer our questions. I have no hesitation in recommending Loan.co.uk to family, friends etc.”

“From start to completion took less than 2 weeks to remortgage. Everything went very smoothly. Gareth, the initial adviser was efficient and most helpful. The case manager Christine then organised the remortgage. Excellent service. Very friendly approach and completed in the time frame that was set. Very smooth and streamline service. “The company has provided an excellent service from the start to getting the loan through the lender. Sophie had assisted with initial application and options. Later Stacey helped with the loan approval and credit. Both of them communicated really well and answered all the questions I had. The only improvement I would suggest is the breakdown of principal and interest monthly or yearly for customers so they could understand better the interests being charged month over month or year over year is much more transparency.”
