“Hi , one of my storage heaters wasn’t charging. An installer called Joe came around this afternoon and sorted the problem out for me. He was very friendly, cheerful and helpful. “I can’t believe it my house is actually warm at last. The installers turned up dead on 8 o’clock. 3 friendly, helpful guys. They did a fantastic job, cleared up after themselves, ran through the menu & settings and set it all up for me. Brilliant service from survey to install was 6 days. You couldn’t wish for better and all done before Christmas. Thank you so much. Regards Gary.”

“My son and I recently moved into my new home and found that the in situ heating system just wasn't fit for purpose. In essence it could not heat the property and, financially wasn't sustainable in terms of energy consumption. The property isn't connected to the gas network, wasn't suitable for pump based heating and photovoltaic wasn't really an option either. Time was also of the essence, due to the winter months setting in and being on the cusp of Christmas the prospect of spending both the winter and the festive season in the freezing cold was something which began to impact our health. Quite by accident, whilst researching electric storage heating online - I stumbled across LMF. Being honest I initially had that "too good to be true" and "what's the catch" moment - because their pricing was exceptionally competitive (I had sought a number of quotes) and they claimed that they could do the install with a turn around of 24 hours. Everyone else that I had spoken with said that this side of Christmas was not doable and there were supply issues all over the place with further hindered the possibility of fixing my issues. So I went back to LMF and gave them a call. All I can say is what an absolutely fantastic company they are! I dealt with Sophie - she was simply ace. Really understood the problems that I was facing and put together a quote for me that was substantially less than what I had been advised by others and it was "all in" (e.g. appliances, labour and materials). This was especially impressive as the quote allowed for the replacement of the consumer unit (if required) which isn't a cheap job on it's own! The work was booked in within a week (LMF could have done it sooner - but I wasn't ready). Sophie was highly accessible to any queries that I had - without fail getting back to me within 20 mins and nothing was too much of a problem for her to deal with. This should not be underestimated from a customer point of view and is something that I have found quite rare from organisations. The guys who installed the system (Jake and Josh) were just fantastic. Two great lads - good fun, hard workers and sized up the job within 20 minutes (the unit for my living room was not an easy task). The chaps arrived early evening (previous job overran slightly - but they were still within the time window that Sophie had said) and worked solidly through until 21:45 - without so much as a moan or groan. Total professionals. They treated my home with respect and left it as they found it and did quite a stonking job - the units look amazing in each room. The hand over (e.g. basic operation) was quick, slick, easy to understand and left me with the basic knowledge on how to use my new system. This is how it should be really. A great service, provided at a great price. I absolutely recommend LMF - I only do reviews when a company truly deserves one (either good or bad) - and LMF are the good guys.”

“I am delighted with the whole process of how quickly from applying to getting the heaters in. There are a few processes to go through. It’s not a case of apply and fit. However the team that viewed, planned, removed and fitted were all efficient in their jobs. The heaters were removed and fitted in 3-4 hours. A team of 4 men came and did the job. I now have a warm house. I can’t thank this company enough.”

“Had my new storage heaters fitted by this company. The survey was a bit off putting as nothing was really explained to us during this time and we were left unsure as to what was going to happen going forward. However when the fitting happened the 3 guys from Liverpool done a great job, they explained what was going to happen including offering some different options available. They removed the old heaters and took them away so no mess or heavy heaters to dispose of. Couldn't really fault them at all well done. The new heaters fitted are a massive improvement on our old ones. Very happy customer. Thank you.”
