“Really nice product (feel very fresh after using your soaps in the shower) and the service was excellent. Only one minor point is that your checkout mentioned an initial discount and I didn't seem to receive that.”

“Good soap. Although all the bars smelt heavily of the cardboard packaging it came in, which was a little too chemical smelling for me. Had to return. What a shame eh and kinda ironic. Also delivery took nearly a week.”

“They sell products that are all of vegan, meaning no one was kidnapped, enslaved, exploited, raped, tortured, and murdered for it; cruelty-free, meaning no one was kidnapped, enslaved, exploited, raped, tortured, and murdered for it; containing sustainably sourced palm oil, meaning rainforests weren't razed and orangutans and other animals murdered and pushed closer to extinction; and made in the UK, reducing the amount of fossil fuel used in transporting it from its place of production to made of purchase; and both the box the individual soap bars and the collection of bars come in is made entirely of cardboard, and the packaging used to keep it safe in transit is ripped cardboard, meaning no plastic is created and disposed of. They also support charities such as the Sumatran Orangutan Society, selling a soap bar that they'll donate 25p to SOS for each bar sold. But they still sell liquid soap in plastic bottles. Liquid soap comes in a plastic container, and uses water to liquify it which uses up the limited resource and adds weight to the product, requiring more fuel to transport it, and you still need to wet your hands to use it which is how solid soap is liquified anyway.”

“I really wanted to buy just the organic lavender bubble bath but sadly not available on it's own so bought the pamper pack which does still include the bubble bath.... along with some lovely extras. - Ordering process was easy. - Customer service team quick to respond to enquiries. - Prompt delivery.”

“On this occasion I was a little disappointed with the packaging of the delivery. Both Orange and Grapefruit liquid hand soaps had leaked in transit. Perhaps this was because of the old style tops - or it could have been that they were placed insufficiently securely within the handfuls of loose, torn-up cardboard.”

“The soaps were a gift so I cannot yet comment about them but they look nice and smell lovely from what I experienced while wrapping them. The website was easy to use and order from. The only issue I had was that I did not get a confirmation email or communication for dispatch. This was fine I did consider contacting however the item turned up quickly and there were no issues so I wasn't too bothered and it might have been a tech hitch.”

“I ordered 4 individual soaps to send to a friend, I couldn't find a space to send a message with the soaps so I had to phone her and alert her to the present. Therefore spoiling the surprise. I did try to contact Little soap company x2 but received no response.”

“They were a gift, i wanted to add a card in with the soap but could find no opportunity to dosowhen i bought the soaps,and although I emailed the company regards a card I received no response, so i had to phone my friend regarding the gift ,which spoilt the surprise.”

“So far, so good. The sensitive facial soap is good for me, but not for my girlfriend who has ultra-sensitive skin. The soaps are good quality and they smell great. The goods were shipped promptly and arrived in good condition. Overall very happy!”
