“Normally an excellent service, but on this occasion no receipt given or indication of delivery notified. Parcel was left in communal entry and no one actually rang my doorbell. Had to carry heavy parcel up three flights, when I eventually discovered it by accident.”

Good morning Margaretann, Thank you for your review and our apologies for the issues with your latest delivery. We will enquire with the Glasgow depot as to why they have 1. Not rang the bell and 2. Not tried to contact yourself before leaving the goods. The carriers aren’t required to obtain a signature upon delivery at the moment due to the pandemic and this is causing occasional problems.
