“Very helpful and knowledgeable people, I spoke to 3 companies before purchasing my new home internet setup. “This is the second time I have ordered kit from LinITX, they are excellent. They dispatched the order very quickly and it will be delivered in 48 hrs. I will be using them more often from now on. I did a pre-order with them as well and although it was delayed a bit they got the kit and dispatched it as soon as I paid. You can still not get the Unifi UPS 2U anywhere else, not even directly from Unifi. Well done guys.”

“All of the Ubiquiti Devices that we received from Linitx arrived in perfect condition and Linitx quickly checked and sent me a full refund for the Ubiquiti U7 Pro XG that we returned, (because it had very poor WIFI performance), so from now on: if I need more devices Linitx will be in pole position. Just prior to ordering from Linitx, (who I found Linitx by googling), I had send back three of the four managed Ubiquiti Flex Mini 2.5g switches that I had ordered together with a Ubiquiti UCG Fiber, that I had bought from another Ubiquiti Supplier, (with "Broadband" in its name), who had sent me Ubiquiti Devices, (that were all supposedly brand new), that all had small marks upon them so we sent three of the managed switches back the to other supplier as all of the items that we had received from them were all either graded goods, returned items or were items with Manufacturers Defects but all of the Ubiquiti Items that we received from Linitx arrived in perfect condition so in hindsight I should have just sent everything back to the other supplier and reordered everything from Linitx who supply the correct goods are are a much better company to deal with.”

“Mikrotik router power supply failed around 3pm on Friday afternoon. Found replacement at LinITX and placed order just before 4pm on same day. Item arrived the next day (Saturday) before lunch. Crisis averted! You can't ask for better service than that! Thank you LinITX!”

“Very impressed with LinITX. They had a very good price on a Unifi Switch that I wanted but in addition to this were able tng. It was urgent and didnt cost me much o do a rush job at the end of the day, which was excellent service. I also appreciated the online chat option, which at first I thought was AI, but it is a genunine person who discusses your options with you. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.”

“I had a really positive experience with LinITX. They were extremely well priced on two items I had my eye on, in fact cheapest around with the offer of free delivery. Both items were listed as stock due in, the dates updated regularly and as soon as they appeared in stock on a Friday evening I ordered, and had the items in hand Tuesday morning having selected the free delivery option! Items were packaged well, no complaints at all. Will definitely be using again.”
