“A “no hassle” purchase. I could not believe it when my circular fluorescent tube arrived. It was much quicker than anticipated. I managed to fit the bulb easily, the fit was perfect and because of its timely arrival I could concentrate on other issues associated with selling my house. Thank you. Product information tells me how long the bulb should last. It was last replaced a long, long time ago.”

“Some time ago, I bought two corner units, but I couldn't get the Bulbs for them, then I saw Bulbs Direct, I was about to give up, but when I saw this I plucked up the courage to contact them, later that day I had a reply, they had not got the bulbs, that I needed, but they would find the bulbs I needed, about a week later, I had a box arrive, when I opened it there were the Bulbs I needed. I was over the moon,then in 2015 I had a peril,smany things from my home were taken away for protection, then 8 months later they came back, they were put back in the cupboard at the bottom of the corner unit, later that day I was rushed into hospital, but sadly while I was away, someone entered my home and damaged several items that once belonged to my family,they also took half the packet of LightBulbs which Bulbs Direct had gone out of there way to get for my corner units, now I'm using what were left, but try as I might I can not replace them, but I also hope that who ever took the remainder of my packet, I truly hope their hands drop off, and that the glass units they thought my bulbs would fit, I hope they blow up and smash the glass doors , so now I'm going to say that I have bought some new fairy lights and oh how happy I am with them, on top of that I also bought some candle type bulbs just over two weeks ago I was so pleased that I managed to buy these bulbs, now I'm Struggling to buy some more, I had some Bulbs, but they have been used, now I need more if I get the service that I had the first time, round I shall be over the moon, as for those at bulbs direct, I can not thank them enough, they have helped me 3times,the service has been out standing, and the returns service is so easy, to do, that I know that if The staff can not get my bulbs they will go out of their way to correct the problem, while all this is happening, I was shopping in town last week this elderly man was struggling to get the bulbs he needed for his lamp, when I saw him, I went to him, I told him go to Bulbs direct, I hope he to gets the bulbs he so desperately wanted. So in this review I have given this Company the 5 stars they should have as they really work hard,I can only imagine the hours they work, but I was very pleased all those years ago, and that service has never changed, it is as good now, as it was way back in 2008. Merry Christmas to all the staff. Thank you .”

“Very user friendly website, clear communication with company, quick shipping & delivered when predicted. The only issue I had with my order was the size of the capsule LED bulbs that I was trying to fit into my under-cabinet kitchen lights - they were (in reality) much larger than I'd imagine in my head when looking at the space available - bit frustrating but mostly my fault. The other LED bulbs that I bought, for my bathroom & cooker hood, are excellent, were fitted easily, and give great light. I've bought LED bulbs from other online companies but they failed after a year. My first order from Lightbulbs Direct several years ago was to replace those dodgy ones, and the bulbs I bought then are still going strong now, giving great light, & are used frequently. Highly recommend Lightbulbs Direct!”

“I have purchased my Lightbulbs from Lightbulbs Direct for over 12 months now - when I found that I couldn’t get my lightbulbs from the High Street shops anymore I was at a loss - I hate the new lightbulbs they give off a greenish tinge that’s awful - anyway I turned to Google for help and there was Lightbulbs Direct - even though my order is only small I always get 1st class service - quick delivery and good prices - Thank you.”
