“I was stunned by the excellent service given by Lightbulbs Direct, they truly know how to do things well! The bulb I ordered was the best price among many other suppliers, and it arrived within 48 hours - and I chose standard free delivery. The item arrived in a wonderful cardboard box which kept the bulb completely safe. They communicate fantastically well via email to keep you up to date with shipping and the likes. Their website is just lovely, and is actually a joy to use - easy to navigate and good on the eye. This is definitely one of the best companies you could deal with in your entire life - HIGHLY recommend these great people!”

“Good quality bulbs. Fast and efficient service, prompt delivery. One order, a bulb was faulty, it was replaced extremely quickly with no problems. This wasn’t a delivery breakage but a faulty bulb. Have been using the company for years with no problems.”

“Ordered by phone and was "served" by a very polite young lady who was knowledgeable and cheerful. Nothing was a problem and my bulbs arrived within days, well packaged and at a price FAR below any other stockist - I love to complain about poor service but not a chance with these guys!!”
