“Unfortunately I did not take out any life insurance with the company you recommended due to their annoying insistence that I visit my doctor to obtain confirmation of the reason for neuropathy which I suffered from recently but at this time do not have any symptoms. I do not therefore intend wasting my time and the Doctor's time in pursuing this application.”
