However, I saved information on the admin set-up form, but once the product had been despatched, Lifeline Support stated that they were unable to retrieve the 'saved' form which had to be completed from scratch, in spite of the fact that Lifeline had my personal contact details, my order number and details of the despatch....Very disappointing.”
“Buying and setting up the lifeline equipment could not have been quicker or easier. Staff responded instantly when testing several stages to ensure that everything worked and from everywhere. Quite a lot of data is involved in setting up the records of medical information and for contacts so get everything together and be prepared to spend a bit of time doing this. If you add a key safe, think in advance about the code - 2143 is probably the same as 1234 - so make the numbers more complicated. Then hope you never need it!”
“I had a TIA (mild stroke) and after leaving hospital 36 hrs later, my sons insisted on me having a personal alarm. My daughter in law went on line and ordered me a Lifeline monitor and I was very impresed with the very prompt delivery especially seeing we ordered it on a Sunday and it was here on the Tuesday. put it on the minute I get up and it is on till I go to be ad night when I place it within reach.”
“Having had a couple of serious falls recently my daughter-in-law ordered the falls system online on a Sunday late pm, I was amazed when it was delivered the next Tuesday morning. The booklets containing setup info were extremely clear and she set it up without any assistance. When I made the test call I couldn’t believe how clear the connection was and that the operator answered using my name before I announced myself. Excellent and reassuring for my family”

“I received alarm within 24 hours. It was easily put together by a relative. I wear it all the time except when I am under the shower or asleep. It has taken a big worry not only off my mind but also off my daughters,. One of its main attractions is that it is so light weight and easily put under ones clothes, so that it does not get tangled up in jewellery.”
“I was unsure as to the type of alarm I wanted - wrist or pendant - my preference was for wrist. I knew I wanted a fall activated one. I chose the wrist alarm, but was also given a standard pendant as well for 12 months free. I have found that I accidently set off the wrist one quite often (talking with my hands!) - the alarm staff are very understanding and make sure I am alright. I have found the pendant type more appropriate for me. Lifeline 24 will change my fall alarm to the pendant style free of charge. That's what I call service!”
