“Although I haven't had an occasion to use this alarm yet, I have the peace of mind to know if I fall anywhere I have only to press the button and help is on the other end of this device. What a marvellous device this is. Thank you very much.”

“Clearly a good device but the person purchased it for seemed for some reason to have to wait for a email from yourselves fortunately she has the internet but what happens for those that don't. So maybe the statement a 5 minute set up is a little exaggerated”

“After my Aunt had a heart attack, I came to help my uncle who had had a stroke recently. By getting the lifeline I could be confident that when I leave they both can press a button and receive assistance. Range was impressive and tried inside an out build and as far away as possible in the property and every time it worked flawlessly. Staff are friendly and reassuring.”

“I could not believe how quickly I received my alarm, and how easy it was to activate, even for an oldie like me! Testing was so easy too, and the lady was so friendly and helpful. All in all a very good experience.”

“I ordered lifeline for my mum after she was having falls. It arrived the next day, easy to update all information and get started. We all have peace of mind now that she is wearing her lifeline watch and will be notified straight away if she needs help. Wish we had done it sooner!”

“I'm 75 years old and was struggling to fit my lifeline up, so I rang you and the guy on the phone was brilliant and so patient with me as I was fumbling, he even praised me up at the end and said I did really well. I've told all my older friends about this and I feel so safe now. The pendant is light so I forget I've even got it on, my family are so pleased now.”

“I got this installed for my dad who is 86 and recently lost his wife of 60 years. It’s great knowing that he just has to press his button on his wrist and help will be at hand. Gives me peace of mind for me and my dad. Great service,easy to set up and test.”
