“Since purchasing the alarm the service has been excellent. From setting up and first test to answering our queries. Never had to use the actual service, but the occasion we had an issue due to a fault on line with Talk Talk they were aware. Happy that the system works as it should.”

“Was supposed to have turned next day delivery it didn't so now we are going to have to spend another day travelling and taking time off work to install it for my elderly father in law we live 3.5 hours away so so far nt impressed with the service your edvert does say nex day delivery”

I apologise that the website was not clearer. We offer next-day delivery when ordering before 6.30 pm Monday to Friday.
As you ordered after 10 pm on Friday, the alarm was sent out using a next-day delivery to arrive on Monday morning.
