“I have changed to the digital Lifeline and what a difficult performance it was. First of all the first box was faulty, the second was meant to have been sent to someone else and eventually I got the right one. I HATE THE THICK, CLUMSY GADJET THAT i HAVE TO WEAR AROUND MY NECK AND THE THICK AND MUCH TOO LONG CORD THAT IT IS ON. I accidentally also put out my 'phone line and it will have been 3 days waiting for a SKY re-connection.”
“Very poor technical service and my mum died before we could set it up. My sister's partner an IT expert couldn't even do it. Your technical support is not 24 hours and it took 3 days before a call could be done. Yesterday it took 9 mins before your customer service answered the phone.”
