The service was as stated and the box came within 2 days and was very easy to install. Again the instructions were great.
The advisors were amazing with my 89 year old Mum when we tested it, adjusting the sound level to her hearing. They spoke very clearly and my Mum could understand.
The key safe is great we had to ring for help with setting the code. This was the only unclear thing but spoke to an advisor who helped.
10 out of 10 for this system. I am 100% sure it will be fine if we need to use it in an emergency. Money well spent.”
“I am very happy with all the info and how quick and easy it was to set up, it was all exceptional, and brings peace of mind BUT it has now caused another problem as the phone can now not be heard by my aunt. If friends or family call, she is not aware, although her hearing is very good. Sharing the phone line has significantly reduced the volume of the phone ring and we now have to try and sort something to make the bell louder.”

“Easy to install once the new mains plug arrived. My telephone connection and power plug are quite close together so I have quite a lot of cable floating around. Could do with some approved cable shorteners in the kit. I have not carried out the garden test yet, but I wii do in the near future.”

When pendant arrived it didn’t work, this then had to be paired with the main unit. I wouldn’t have been able to do this without my family help can’t imagine what I would have done without help.”

Just a middle man to phone us if we were needed. Have now gone to an alternative provider who does that. Can’t see the point of this product”
