The set up was relatively easy, as was the testing procedure, though luckily not having to use Lifeline as yet I'm keeping everything crossed it will keep me in my own home for as long as I can

Bought this for my mum and works fine, only niggle is sound quality not great through speaker but probably due to line interference. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff at the other end and peace of mind for both of us.

Not sure yet,but reasonabley happy with it,the strap is not very good ,so I purchased a watch strap,no know was on my wrist!service seems good,my sons going to do the tests as I’m deaf! But THANKYOU,I can now hopefully sleep better with less worry

As soon as all of the information for lifeline was sent back to them we were quickly up and running. The kit arrived within 2 days and the set up was very simple. My Dad now feels confident he has extra support at home.

Very reassuring to now have this fall detector after my mother had a nasty black out period. Everyone at Lifeline has been very helpful on the phone, from my initial query, through to set up and a couple of false alarms. My only comment is that putting your hand over the face of the wrist alarm doesn’t seem to be cancelling the call and my mother is now a bit anxious about making unnecessary false alarm calls.

Well it's very early days yet. The calls to set up the Lifeline 24 were fine. Hopefully it should remain totally unused for many years. I do plan to call at least once a month to make sure it is working properly. It can only really be assessed if a real emergency occurs, so I hope that in reality, I am never able to fully assess it. That is why I have answered "No" to the questions below concerning reviews.
