My father hasn't had cause to use it yet but it has inspired confidence and relief to know that help would be forthcoming if needed. As a family we're glad Dad is protected. Thank you.

Easy to install once the new mains plug arrived. My telephone connection and power plug are quite close together so I have quite a lot of cable floating around. Could do with some approved cable shorteners in the kit. I have not carried out the garden test yet, but I wii do in the near future.

I bought a Fallsafe for my 94yr old Mother and are very pleased. The product arrived very quickly and the staff are extremely helpful and polite even when it is accidentally set off. I would have given the watch 5 stars, but for the fact that I thought it came with a neck strap that it could be interchanged with. It has to be either a watchstrap or a pendant it is not interchangeable without sending back to the company.

Taken back a bit with it being so sensitive without a fall. Has gone off 5 times in 2 days! However someone was always on hand and put me right. Nice to think their always there.

Great device and service. Would have been Excellent if I had not have had to buy a £10 adapter for the telephone. Supplied BT to BT instead of RJ11 to BT.

The service product was delivered quickly and very easy to install. The wrist-pendant is neat and unobtrusive and appears comfortable.

So far no issues that have warranted a call out ( which is great) so yet to test how responsive this is. It’s on mums wrist all the time so the whole family feel safer that if she falls it’s picked up by the response team and help is arranged. The response team are so nice and polite even when it’s been pressed accidentally.

We ordered this to help our father stay in his own home in his later years. It gives peace of mind knowing in an emergency he has a simple press of a button to call for help. When ordered it can the next day. My only criticism is that it would be better if there was the option for someone to fit as well as deliver. It’s a little tricky for someone in their 70s and 80’s to set up and test.

Dear David, Thank you very much for leaving your review. I am pleased to hear the alarm is providing you all with peace of mind. Our alarms are designed as a 'plug and play' system, meaning they simply need to be plugged into the phone line and a power socket - if you are able to plug in a standard telephone you would be able to plug in the alarm. This means that our systems can be installed straight away without needing to wait for an engineer. Additionally, we do have a technical team on hand to provide over the phone installation walkthroughs. We are mindful that not all of our customers will be able to install the alarm themselves and therefore we do provide an installation service. However, this is provided through a third party company and comes at an additional cost. Installation can be organised by calling our friendly customer service team on 0800 999 0400. Equipment arrived very quickly. Would have been helpful to be able to access more information online about the setup process. In particular recommendations for who / number of people to list. ie. In an emergency is it better to have fewer local people so that emergency services are contacted sooner, is it would including relatives who don’t live locally ?

Initial set up was a bit rushed , but everything was easy to set up, it has provided us with a great sense of relief that our family member can summon assistance in the case of difficulties. We were told that the device needed to be connected to the main telephone socket, but were in fact able to connect through an extension. All working well .
