We hope that the alarm has now been installed and tested and that the system is providing you with peace of mind. Returning to the installation, the system is referred to as a plug and play system due to the pre-programming of the alarm that we complete before dispatching the equipment; however, we understand that each home wiring and set up is different, and sometimes the installation may pose unforeseen difficulties. We are, however, happy to help with any technical issues that may arise here at customer services and are open from 8am until 10pm on the weekdays and 9am-5pm on the weekends for your convenience. didnt really make me happy as the NEXT DAY DELIVERY NEVER HAPPENED and I stayed at mums all day to receive the package.... it came a day later and my 90 year old mum had to get the package from the deliveryman who was VERY impatient and kept banging the door until she was able to open it! so do not promise next day delivery if you have no intention of adhering to it. but the product seems ideal.

I can confirm that we dispatched the equipment on the same morning that you placed the order (the 11th December) and that we do arrange for the 24 hour Royal Mail delivery service, so can only sincerely apologise that they did not deliver the package on time. We are currently raising the issues you have brought to our attention with our contact at Royal Mail as this is not the kind of service we aim to provide or stand by, and is a most unusual case we have not encountered before. I bought lifeline for my 96yr old father returning from hip replacement operation. Wished I could have done it all on the phone as Wi-Fi was awful but after delay all was fairly easy to set up. Being elderly myself I was timed out when completing the forms on line, very frustrating, but got there in the end. Wonderful service and such a peace of mind living 2 hours away. The price is very affordable as well no need to pay more.

Order arrived promptly and was easy to set up. The initial testing was thorough and a couple of early false alarms were dealt with politely and reassuringly. I dropped one mark because for some reason we had to go through the initial tests twice, as the results had not been recorded the first time, but we are satisfied customers.

Alarm arrived promptly, easy to install and get it going, even with broadband running alongside. Operators ate friendly and efficient during set-up call. Apparently the box doesn't call a premium rate number unlike competitor services.

The fitting up went well and no problem. By an extraordinary coincidence my wife fell in the kitchen and I pressed the alarm, and our daughter was alerted and came quickly. However after about half an hour there was still no response. Our daughter spoke to the operator who suggested calling 999, which she did, and the response was quite quick. A stroke was suspected. Rather disturbing that there was no response for such a long time?

Dear Mr Simonson, Thank you for your feedback. We apologise for the incident of the operator not responding to you. This may have been because once the operator had alerted your daughter they had to take another emergency call immediately. In situations like these we would advise activating the alarm again and informing the operator that an ambulance is required. We apologise again for the distress this may have caused but we feel it is important to ensure our operators can take emergency calls as soon as possible. Kind regards, Edmund
