“Wonderful customer service. My 90 year old Dad's charger stopped working. I phoned on Sunday and a replacement was delivered 9.30 Tuesday morning.”

“As a new customer I have been welcomed with great customer service, kindness and patience. The staff are warm friendly and extremely attentive and helpful and i would highly recommend this company…..I am partially sighted so the aforementioned qualities are so important to me and I feel much more confident going about my daily routine.”

“We originally spoke to Jos who was excellent. He explained everything so we all understood how things worked. A very funny man who made us feel very sure we had all the information we required. I also phoned again to test the alarm and once again an excellent customer service.”

“This was replacement Lifeline, I appreciate the digital unit as can place at convenient place in the house( can hear in all areas) . I don’t like the wrist attachment it’s big and clumsy. , had been use to wearing the old red one, I prefer wearing the alarm on the wrist.”
