I have had a Lifeline for five years and the cost is worth the peace of mind. I have had to use it a coule of times and the respected has been excellent. The new one just received is d digit which should be more efficient.

Quick service all appears to be working ok. The only slight difficulty was not being able to arrange collection on line at royal mail as no tracking number provided to do this. Had download another app which would not be so user friendly for older people.

Easy to set up and connect just plugged it into my router hey presto and away it went it performed all the tests satisfactory I would like to have had a manual on the unit just to double check on its capabilities.

I upgraded my alarm because of the change to land lines, the new digital box was very easy to install

The new digital box is faster than the old phone line box & can be used anywhere in the house. It can also be used with or without an internet account which is great for my elderly mother who doesn’t have internet.

Recently Lifeline 24 contacted me to report that my equipment appeared to be faulty, at their request we tested it out and within 24 hours I received a new box. This was something I potentially would not have known until I came to need it in an emergency.

The new alarm unit looks good but I am unable to test it until the telecom change to the new system. So far we have been informed that the new system is going to happen but no date has been given. Knowing how these things can take a long time I will not be holding my breath! I will return the old unit when I am satisfied that the new unit is working correctly. I am so appreciative of this service which is essential to keeping my Mum safe in her own home. The staff I speak to on the phone/intercom are always so calm and helpful. Would not be without this service.

My mum has had the alarm for a couple of weeks now . I am very impressed with this company. Spoke with Jos at the start. who was very helpful and knowledgeable and it was delivered the next day , and was easily set up and working straight away .
