“Service was quick and excellent! Next day delivery. Easy instructions especially the video although I had to ask a friend to ‘plug me in’ as being new to computers, I was nervous in case I disconnected my wi fi- but that’s just me!
One small criticism, there should be a 5 minute delay on last check where we take pendant to furthest point of our property as I have a long garden! Good thing my friend was at telephone end!

We have bought the falls detector which is more expensive but gives me and my father more peace of mind. Thankfully my father has not needed to test it yet in a real life emergency!”
