“The online information was clear and helpful. I made the order for the Lifeline pendant online. It was an easy process although it takes a little while to input all the information needed about my father and those on the contact list. All very thorough.
Setting up and testing the personal alarm was easy. The operators who responded to the test calls were very patient, kind and efficient. My father feels confident that if he needs to activate the alarm he will be dealt with in a caring and efficient manner.”
