“The base unit came with clear instructions and was very easy to set up. The tests were reassuring and it’s good to know I can use it in the garden as well as indoors. I wear the pendant on my wrist and it is so small and light that I forget I am wearing it! I hope I shall never have to use it, but it gives me (and my daughters) peace of mind to know that, if needed, help is at hand at the press of a button. I am recommending it to several of my friends.”

Customer Service very good and set up was easy for me to do but would prove difficult for a person of her age and frailty to understand.”
