“Due to not being able to send flowers to a close friend because of the current situation, I was looking for something for a little pick me up. This was perfect! I loved the fact you could make it personal by choosing your items. She was over the moon to receive it, perfectly packaged and she said everything inside it was amazing. It arrived in good timing especially with everything that is going on, I will definitely be using this service again! :)”

“An order I made on 4/4/20 which I requested to be delivered 11/4/20 my friends 30th birthday has still not arrived despite a notification to say it was in the post on the 10/4/20. I've emailed, left a voicemail and messages on social media to no response. Awful customer service. Also the discount codes in a hamper I received are invalid. I loved receiving mine and put two orders in for friends since that have both not yet been received, very disappointing.”

“We were very disappointed with the Cheese Lovers Letterbox hamper we had sent to my father for his 95th birthday. The contents were not as described - there was only 1 cheese included and was also sent several days early, why ask what date you want it delivered? We have had no explanation for this from Letterbox hampers and no response to my email sent a couple of days after my father opened it.”

“Hamper was well put together and made a great gift! Took a while for it to get there, but that’s due to lockdown and impact on postal service so nothing to do with Letter Box Hamper - they posted it very quickly once ordered! Makes a great gift or treat”

“I have not received my box and I have emailed three times with no answer. I ordered the package as a pick me up gift for my sister and now it’s chore for her to check many times a day for its arrival. I wish I got a tracking number so I could a ETA on the hampers arrival.”

“It was an Easter gift for Grandma & Grandpa who are on total lockdown for 12 weeks minimum due to health issues, they weren’t expecting it, but when they sent a picture of their smiling faces it made me cry - thank you x”
