“Great service. Ordered 3 boxes. All arrived by due date. Due to lockdown I wasn't actually able to see the products, but they were well received.”

“Our son-in-law was delighted with his charcuterie letterbox hamper at Christmas time. He says the treats have been delicious that it was a lovely idea and it brightened up his days working from home.”

“Ordered these for my staff for Christmas and everyone loved theirs. They are lovely and being able to personalise the contents is great. Also added a messge to each person which is a nice touch. I particularly like the design of the box as a little case - very cute! 2 teensy improvements that could be made - ability to upload a logo/small image to the message and more colour options for wrapping please!”

“While the contents of our choice of Letter Box Hamper met our expectations, and those of the recipient, the delivery was four days late, which was a significant disappointment. You should be made aware that the Royal Mail has become very unreliable for delivery of packages during the pandemic, and this will certainly be a factor in our future choice of online gifts.”

“The hamper was a week and a bit late arriving. I emailed and had no response. When i phoned i was told that it was taking Royal mail longer to deliver, however 2 days after the call i had an email saying that the order had been dispatched- so it hadnt been sent out in the first place. When i got the hamper, it was not the same as i ordered. I emailed about it but have received no reply.”

“I mistakenly ordered two of the same hamper, I was charged for both despite emailing the company on three separate occasions to point out my mistake. As requested there was only one hamper delivered, but I have never had an acknowledgment of my emails or a refund for the accidental order.”

“Yet another fabulous hamper, I have purchased these in the past and they do not disappoint. My Great Aunt was absolutely thrilled when she received it. She said it was one of the nicest things she had ever had through her letterbox. Beautifully wrapped and presented, it had made her Christmas. I would give more than 5 stars if it was possible. Thank you Jonathan, I will definitely purchase from Letterbox Hamper again.”
