“I ordered a coffee lovers letterbox hamper to send to my Dad for his birthday coffee in Spain . It arrived in time frame given & a lovely surprise for him , packaged beautifully & lovely fresh coffee , dark chocolate & shortbread , we had a coffee together via skype! Look forward to buying again !”

“We ordered this for a relative's 60th birthday as we had to cancel our annual get together. It arrived in time for the birthday and he said he was really pleased with the gift. Jolly nice service and would be happy to send another one. Sue”

“One of the questions on ordering was the option to choose the day of delivery. I selected the date I wanted the hamper to arrive and that date was quoted on all my confirmation details but the hamper arrived two days late, missing my mums birthday completely. However she was very pleased with the contents.”

“My brother loved the gin hamper, but it was disappointing that the date that I asked for the hamper to arrive (in time for his birthday) was not met and it arrived a week later, it would have been an idea to let me know that the date requested was not possible.”
