“I ordered a Letterbox Hamper and paid extra for next day delivery, unfortunately, the package wasn't delivered the next day. I emailed Jonathan but still haven't heard back from him or any of the team as to why the hamper was delayed. I would say although the product is lovely, the customer service is not good at all.”

“I ordered the cheese and biscuits hamper on 31 October and asked for delivery for a birthday on 10 November . So I was disappointed when it was dispatched on 9 November and finally arrived on 13 November. But I do realise that there is a global pandemic and that a national lockdown was announced the weekend I placed my order. The recipient was delighted with the contents and their presentation.”

“I recently ordered 2 different hampers to go to friends who for various reasons were going through very difficult times.
