“I ordered a Christmas edition letterbox hamper for a secret Santa gift. Ordered it in good time and chose the 2 day delivery option. But 1.5 weeks later and the hamper has still not arrived. Despite making contact with the company via email and social media to follow up on the delivery i have received no response. So at the moment the company has my money but have not delivered the item. There are lots of other reviews like this. I would be very wary of ordering from Letterbox Hamper and I will never order from them again.”

“Difficult to write a review at this point as it was supposed to be a Christmas present for people in Spain. I asked for it to be delivered just before Christmas but it's already been delivered. Not quite the effect is hoped for to be honest, and I'm slightly concerned the contents won't be fresh enough (cheese for instance). So maybe I should write a review later when the gift is opened, but at the same time, I'm disappointed right now.”
