“My friend loved the espresso letter box hamper. It arrived exactly on her birthday and contained all the treats inside. Such a nice surprise for her to receive. Thank you for your excellent customer service and kindness. The letter box hamper is such a lovely idea.”

“Since I am based in Canada, I confess that I was worried about the delivery of the letter box hamper; it was a surprise so I didn't alert the recipent of the expected delivery date and was unclear on how / where she collected her mail. However, it was delivered without a hitch and she loved it! I took a chance on the cheese lovers hamper and it was the perfect gift. I was so impressed that I have now ordered another hamper for my father, who is originally from England but now resides in Canada. The hampers are appealing because of their size, and the contents are impressive. Thank you!”

“According to the feedback that I as sender got, my recipients were delighted; the mix of gifts seemed to be just right, neuter too much nor too little, was wrapped a million times better than I could do it and it only really involved me deciding what to get”

“For some reason my latest delivery was not posted through the letterbox, and I had to arrange a redelivery attempt to a neighbour on a subsequent day. This should not happen. The range of contents allow me to choose a hamper suitable for a particularly challenging recipient, excluding spicy or slightly exotic items such as olives, and also items posing health risks such as nuts, seeds, alcohol, tea, coffee... always difficult for me, so I appreciate this.”
