“For some reason my latest delivery was not posted through the letterbox, and I had to arrange a redelivery attempt to a neighbour on a subsequent day. This should not happen. The range of contents allow me to choose a hamper suitable for a particularly challenging recipient, excluding spicy or slightly exotic items such as olives, and also items posing health risks such as nuts, seeds, alcohol, tea, coffee... always difficult for me, so I appreciate this.”

“Lovely personally chosen treats as birthday gift deliverable by normal post. Difficulty with post query by me resulted in a speedy response from Jonathan, feedback and resolution. A courteous and timely response from a real person. A previous order also very successful and enjoyed by recipient. Great business!”

“I was looking for a reasonably priced breakfast hamper to send out to clients to arrive on the morning of a scheduled 'cusotmer breakfast' meeting. After some thorought research (thanks AI!) I settled on Letter Box Hamper. Good price, great ingredients, flexible delivery dates. The meeting was on a Monday morning, and with hindsight I would have arranged the delivery for the day before as Royal Mail cannot promise a delivery before 9am. Can't comment on the taste, but feedback from the client was good!”
