“Our mt10 boxed tourch was delivered promptly. We use it manly for dog walking and are very pleased with it's performance. We have no trouble keeping track of 3 dogs in the dark.”

“I’m reviewing the website here, as requested. The products are some of the best out there. Well-built, long-lasting, really enjoyable torches to own and use. The official website the also offers good prices, some deals, and a comprehensive range of accessories. The reason for a 4 rather than 5 star review is that the website is clumsy and a bit disorganised. I found it hard to be sure I was looking at the best torches for me, or to know what torches were current models and what models had been retired. I also found it almost impossible to filter accessories for a given torch which seems like an oversight. Then I get sent a review email with a basic spelling error in it and the whole thing is “just not good enough” to match the high quality of the products. I tell people that these torches are the ones they should buy (and I stand by that) - they need a website as robust to match.”

“I have been using ledlenser products for a number of years now and although expensive compared to other products of similar appearance, that is usually where the comparison finishes. Ledlenser torches are superior in design, build quality And effectiveness. The only gripe I have with my most recent purchase is the on/off button is vulnerable to accidental activation when worn with other kit on a belt. The beam is super powerful for such a compact torch and there are not many other torches that perform to this standard. I would And have recommended as a patrol torch to others.”

“Great store and speedy service. Ordered a replacement Headband for my R14 head torch which I have owned for a few years not. The only thing that would have made the experience even better would have been addition of simple instruction guide to refit the new headband. By looking at images of the torch online we managed to work it out. My old head band was unrecognisable making it hard to follow. Overall I was extremely pleased I was able to even get this part as the torch was discontinued and updated with the R14.2. I was lucky the part fitted the older model.”

“Goods as stated. Delivery - free as over £30 - automatically set to be paid for. They did refund postage after I had pointed this out. I would use again if this was sorted out on their online system.”

“I purchased a H8r for doing a charity night hike up Ben Nevis. I asked if i purchased one would you donate a spare incase someone else needed one which you basically said no and gave me a 10off code. It is an exspensive item to buy two of so i used the code for only one. The night went fine torch preformed well. A couple of people had issues with their head torches but i couldnt help out. The online store was easy enough to use once you have worked out what you want in a torch. Shame there isn't customer reviews on the items and the engraving option is highlighted more as i wish i seen that option as i would of purchased that.”

“Great service, the torch is amazing, only small complaint is that all of the instructions for registering the product lead to the USA website and there is no explanation on how to register a UK product”
