“Excellent customer service support in dealing with after sales issue, offered and sent replacement parts for chairs without hesitation and kept you updated. Fantastic service from team and would highly recommend Lazy Susan.”

“Good looking bench, which hopefully will continue to look good for many years to come. It did need two people to assemble it, but simple instructions and all screws etc very clearly set out on packaging, so no worry about missing parts. Very pleased with my new bench.”

“Delivery and product quality fully met our requirements and assembly was straightforward. Only reason for dropping one star was that the antique bronze colour was not very bronzy, more charcoal with a fleck of maroon. A close up picture of the paint finish with the marketing material would have made this more apparent. I also have a longer term concern that the stainless steel fixings will cause electrolytic corrosion with the aluminium - good quality galvanised items or monel metal would lady better or if plastic sleeves and washers were provided to give electrical isolation between the dissimilar metals. I wouldnt recommend this product to people living in coastal locations as salty air will undoubtedly trigger the reaction. I plan to reassemble using isolating compound around the fixings to minimise the problem.”

“My table and chairs arrived in well packed packages with everything needed to assemble them included. Unlike many such items all the parts fitted together with ease and it was actually fun putting them together which was a first for me! The quality of the m is excellent and the look wonderful on my patio”

“Excellent garden furniture and excellent service. Assembly instructions were easy to follow. One package was lost by the delivery company, but on contacting Lazy Susan a replacement was sent out immediately.”

“There were problems with the DHL delivery, but Lazy Susan were friendly and prompt with dealing with it and put everything right. The furniture was straightforward to assemble and feels robust. It looks absolutely beautiful and is very comfortable. I very much look forward to enjoying for many years I would not hesitate to recommend this company.”

“Very pleased with our table and chairs, they look stunning and such a bonus that they can remain outdoors, and stay looking so good! Delivery, communication and packaging were all excellent and the instructions for self assembly were reassuringly straightforward and we really appreciated how well all the different parts were labelled. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lazy Susan to anyone, many thanks for such a brilliant buying experience.”

“We’ve just received our second set of patio furniture, the first set bought at least 8 years ago and still looks as good as new despite being outdoors all year round! Great furniture, well made - no rough edges - once constructed, which is minimal, it never needs adjusting. It weathers well, easy to keep clean and is extremely comfortable for sitting on! We ordered the Bistro set to compliment the larger set that we already had as we’ve had a new patio laid which has created a larger entertaining space. Despite looking at other types of furniture we felt that Lazy Susan couldn’t be bettered! Plus the service has been excellent! Would highly recommend Lazy Susan for comfortable, weatherproof, well made patio furniture.”

“I absolutely love my Lazy Susan garden furniture. I bought a bench a few years ago and I liked it so much that I proceeded to buy a table with four chairs. Recently to complete my set, I bought another table with two chairs. The furniture is sturdy and doesn't weather. It just needs a rub down every now and then to get rid of dust/leaves etc. I was also very impressed with the after care. A couple of screw caps must have fallen off and got mislaid. When I contacted Lazy Susan, replacements were sent immediately, with no charge. The furnitue is excellent quaility and their service and after care is also first class. I can recommend without hesitation.”

“Easy to order and easy to track after ordering. I had a question and it was answered very quickly and followed up to check I was satisfied. Delivery was advised with a 3 hour window ,arrived two hours early but called to check that was not an issue . Excellent delivery service . Delighted with assembled furniture - which I am assured was not too difficult 😜”
