“Excellent customer service support in dealing with after sales issue, offered and sent replacement parts for chairs without hesitation and kept you updated. Fantastic service from team and would highly recommend Lazy Susan.”

“Nice little bench that will hopefully last. Looks good on my terrace. Easy enough to assemble although I wouldn’t recommend using the tools provided, the spanner is of little use and the screwdriver handle snapped.”

“Brilliant price & quality. Cast aluminium has weight & strength so it won't blow away in high winds. It won't fade & become brittle like polypropylene. It won't rot like wood. Great size table & chairs & even comfortable without cushions. Highly recommended product & supplier.”

“We are delighted with our Bistro table and 2 chairs. We bought these to replace an existing set we had for about 15 years. The quality is very good and looks great on our patio. We particularly like that you can adjust the feet if it is placed on an uneven surface.”

“Just made up my latest piece of lazy Susan a small table. Lightweight and easy to put together. The furniture is a great addition to the garden and without the downside of heavy wooden furniture. I’d recommend it to all.”

“Very pleased with the quality. Definitely a 2 hour construction time and a second pair of hands to steady the pieces is helpful. A minor panic set in when trying to match the number of nuts and bolts in the pre sealed pack with the instructions before realising that the larger nuts were already attached to the table and legs.”

“Ordering was easy. Items were delivered in the expected time. Assembly was sraightforward and the items (I had a bench and small table in antique bronze) look very smart and sturdy. The quality is very good and the choice available extensive. Started with a bench as the old wooden one literally rotted and collapsed!! But feel certain I will order further items.”

“Good quality garden bench. Communication was good. Arrived very swiftly. The bench required some basic assembly but I’d recommend two people to do this. (You have to hold the parts together whilst someone else fixes the bolts.)”

“The staff were easily accessible and very helpful when phoning with a query. The response to their chat-text was non-existent though. The wait for the delivery wasn't too long and the drivers were efficient. The product looks good and I'm pleased with its shape, size and patterning. However, the biggest bugbear for me was having to find someone to put the furniture togther as it came in flat-pack form. That meant that I had to wait a few days with the flat pack sitting on my patio. It'd would be very helpful and better service if you put the items together for buyers like me. That bit was very disappointing, especially as the person who put the items together left the chairs wobbly and someone else then had to sort that out too. So, I repeat, it'd would be very helpful and much better service if you put the items together for buyers like me.”

“Very disappointing. Extremely difficult to assemble bench as one of the end bolts on back panel was several millimetres out of true. It was not bent or damaged, just not accurately positioned. This meant parts did not easily align and had to use a hammer and brute force to assemble . Really disappointing not as good as it could have been.”

“I bought the Mia 4 chairs and table in slate with the light grey cushions and absolutely love it all. It looks very smart,well built and is perfect for my patio area. I was able to assemble it myself with the easy to follow instructions and it arrived very well packaged. The company kept me updated on delivery day and time frame. I would highly recommend this to family and friends.”
