“Bought the lazy Susan and parasol base and both arrived quickly and extremely well packaged. Initially I had ordered the 90cm lazy Susan and asked if the order could be changed to the 60cm one instead. This was all done prior to the order being dispatched and the assistance received from the the customer service team was amazing. Beautiful items and I cannot recommend these enough…stunning and very well made. Thank you all. 😊”

“Still awaiting delivery, unfortunately. Can't comment on the product. Delivery company incompetent - they have twice attempted the delivery with a Luton van which they know is too big for the public road in which we live.”

“Firstly, I would like to give special mention about driver Paul M. He was an excellent ambassador for his delivery service. We had some concerns about access to our property as we are situated on a narrow gravel track. These were discussed with your sales team on the telephone who were equally charming and a pallet delivery was arranged. Making up the furniture was easy, thanks to good instruction leaflets. As a sewing hobbyist I was impressed with the quality of the seat pads but would not have wanted to pay more than the sale price of £17.50 each. Thank you for your great garden furniture!”

“I recently purchased a table from lazy Susan and was very disappointed in hindsight I should have returned it because it was nowhere near the quality of the chair's I had previously bought, for the price I paid I would have expected the same quality of the other items I have bought in the past”

“Umbrella + umbrella sub base broke in 4 years of ownership contacted them they didn’t bother responding for the amount I paid for the chair and set not worth it they have not changed the way they make their umbrellas the thread was no good for external environment now use plastic straps”

“Ordering process straightforward, price acceptable, delivery prompt, self-assembly lengthy and tedious. Had there been an option for it to be assembled on arrival, (even at extra cost), I would have given it a five.”
