“Good quality garden bench. Communication was good. Arrived very swiftly. The bench required some basic assembly but I’d recommend two people to do this. (You have to hold the parts together whilst someone else fixes the bolts.)”

“The staff were easily accessible and very helpful when phoning with a query. The response to their chat-text was non-existent though. The wait for the delivery wasn't too long and the drivers were efficient. The product looks good and I'm pleased with its shape, size and patterning. However, the biggest bugbear for me was having to find someone to put the furniture togther as it came in flat-pack form. That meant that I had to wait a few days with the flat pack sitting on my patio. It'd would be very helpful and better service if you put the items together for buyers like me. That bit was very disappointing, especially as the person who put the items together left the chairs wobbly and someone else then had to sort that out too. So, I repeat, it'd would be very helpful and much better service if you put the items together for buyers like me.”

“Very disappointing. Extremely difficult to assemble bench as one of the end bolts on back panel was several millimetres out of true. It was not bent or damaged, just not accurately positioned. This meant parts did not easily align and had to use a hammer and brute force to assemble . Really disappointing not as good as it could have been.”

“I bought the Mia 4 chairs and table in slate with the light grey cushions and absolutely love it all. It looks very smart,well built and is perfect for my patio area. I was able to assemble it myself with the easy to follow instructions and it arrived very well packaged. The company kept me updated on delivery day and time frame. I would highly recommend this to family and friends.”

“4 x April Chairs. Attractive design, well finished, lightweight and stable, very comfortable. Easy to assemble but best to use own tools rather than those supplied. Understand need for secure packaging, but assembly time extended by packaging removal and hard shrink wrap covering on parts making them difficult to remove. But pleased with product.”

“Very impressed with my Lazy Susan table and chairs. They are well made of good quality and light aluminium. They were really well packaged and easy to assemble. Although they're not cheap it's good to know they're built to last for many years with no maintenance.”

“Very clear website and ordering process. Bench arrived promptly with good instructions on how to assemble. I noticed that the casting on the seat edge of the bench is a bit uneven, which was a bit disappointing. Despite this I will keep the item and I’m enjoying using it in my garden”

“Excellent customer service. Had a small issue with the table from our set. I emailed them and received a phone call the same day when I was offered a replacement. This arrived very quickly and is fine. The furniture looks great, just looking forward to some decent weather now.”

“It's very early days to be judging our 8 person Lazy Susan outdoor dining set but for now I'm absolutely delighted with the purchase. It looks fabulous (having had to assemble it - a feat not to be considered lightly. It takes time but all the parts arrived and both communication and the actual delivery of the 9 boxes was all handled well. It takes 7-10 days from order to arrival”

“Easy to order delivery good was all there took a long time to build chairs but there was 6 table was quicker easy to follow looks good but not used it yet due to weather need to g et cover for it don’t believe lazy Susan do them would be handy to get right size”
