“Received in double quick time.Everything in the box.Managed to put it together by myself in about 25 mins. It looks a really good bit of Garden Furniture.Nice and firm once assembled with a very nice custom made cushion to go on it. I would not hesitate in recommending this company. A very good example of good workmanship. If I want any more Furniture for outside then I wouldn't hesitate in contacting these people again. Alan Davies”

“Lovely furniture. We bought a four seater set a few years ago which has been wonderful and still looks like new. Recently bought a bistro set for two. This is very well made sturdy furniture which can be left out during winter. Delivery is fast and efficient. You do have to assemble the furniture but there is everything you need and it doesn't take long. After sales service is fantastic also as we had a slight problem with a chair and this was rectified quickly. Thoroughly recommend”

“Good when they came but did not deliver on the day arranged. Came in 2 loads, the first one at 21h40 which was quite late. Needed numerous 'phone calls to sort out”

“Not fit for purpose, not with a parasol anyway, there isn't enough weight in the base, and the table Is flimsy too, even a light breeze will move the table when the parasol is up, so the set can't be used with a parasol so the base is now obsolete, I scored it a 3 as the set alone is ok, but really it should be 1”

Good morning S, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry the set didn’t meet your expectations with a parasol. Our bistro sets, including the 60cm table you purchased, aren’t designed for parasol use, as smaller tables can’t provide the stability needed. This is why we do not offer parasols and bases as a bundle option with our bistro sets. We feel the table’s weight (just under 7kg) is appropriate for its size, but we do appreciate your comments and will take them on board. We are glad to hear the set itself was otherwise satisfactory. “User friendly web site, ordering was easy and the goods arrived in a few days. The table was delivered later than the chairs but someone called to explain why. It was easy to assemble the furniture, it appears to be good quality and it looks good in our garden. All round we are very pleased.”

“Ordered a 10-seater extending dining table with parasel, base and cushions. Plus a small table & two chairs. Order process was good. Communication after order with respect to progress of putting it together and arranging delivery was also good. Company employed to manage the delivery was friendly and efficient though arrived outside the 3-hour time slot and when advised 20 minutes away didn't arrive for another 45 minutes. All items well packaged - took some time just getting everything out but better that way than damaged goods. Instructions for most of the items that needed constructing were generally clear and conscise though the extending table was less so (one diagram failed to show an important part that should be part of that construction element). Caps for nuts were easily put in place though with the extending table the caps on the underside don't fit over the nut properly due to the length of the screw. It would have been good to have cover for the parasel included. Generally we are pleased with the products and service.”
