“I ordered a couple of replacement cushion covers for chairs as, after a few years of wear and tear, the original covers' colour had faded. The items were available and in stock, althoug their despatch wasn't as fast as I thought it would be.”

“We have the large parasol I. Terracotta which is lovely. The only drawback is it keeps falling over with the base we purchased - needs to be much heavier I think.”

“Very happy with new chairs. One issue is that the arms very quickly work loose and need retightening. Suggest replacing the nuts used with nyloc nuts to stop the screws/bolts from loosening.”

“Nice little bench that will hopefully last. Looks good on my terrace. Easy enough to assemble although I wouldn’t recommend using the tools provided, the spanner is of little use and the screwdriver handle snapped.”

“Very clear website and ordering process. Bench arrived promptly with good instructions on how to assemble. I noticed that the casting on the seat edge of the bench is a bit uneven, which was a bit disappointing. Despite this I will keep the item and I’m enjoying using it in my garden”

“Delivery and product quality fully met our requirements and assembly was straightforward. Only reason for dropping one star was that the antique bronze colour was not very bronzy, more charcoal with a fleck of maroon. A close up picture of the paint finish with the marketing material would have made this more apparent. I also have a longer term concern that the stainless steel fixings will cause electrolytic corrosion with the aluminium - good quality galvanised items or monel metal would lady better or if plastic sleeves and washers were provided to give electrical isolation between the dissimilar metals. I wouldnt recommend this product to people living in coastal locations as salty air will undoubtedly trigger the reaction. I plan to reassemble using isolating compound around the fixings to minimise the problem.”

“Good when they came but did not deliver on the day arranged. Came in 2 loads, the first one at 21h40 which was quite late. Needed numerous 'phone calls to sort out”

“Ordered a 10-seater extending dining table with parasel, base and cushions. Plus a small table & two chairs. Order process was good. Communication after order with respect to progress of putting it together and arranging delivery was also good. Company employed to manage the delivery was friendly and efficient though arrived outside the 3-hour time slot and when advised 20 minutes away didn't arrive for another 45 minutes. All items well packaged - took some time just getting everything out but better that way than damaged goods. Instructions for most of the items that needed constructing were generally clear and conscise though the extending table was less so (one diagram failed to show an important part that should be part of that construction element). Caps for nuts were easily put in place though with the extending table the caps on the underside don't fit over the nut properly due to the length of the screw. It would have been good to have cover for the parasel included. Generally we are pleased with the products and service.”

“Nice furniture but you need a proper spanner to put it together as the one they supply is difficult to use if you have arthritis or lack strength.”
