“Bought a beautiful sparkly solid white gold daith hoop after seeking advice from LB on Instagram. Had my piercer put it on on Thursday. I love it ! It’s so pretty. I cannot fault the fast response with advice or the delivery and packaging and will definitely be back for more pieces.”

“My sister booked us in for a piercing as a birthday treat and a what an amazing treat it was. Every single person was so friendly & knowledgeable not rushing us at any point. It felt like luxury from the moment you stepped in the door. Such a beautiful shop. Sarah was fantastic at piercing talking me through it making sure I was happy & taking her time, quick piercing, I barely felt a thing. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you x”

“The most beautiful pieces! I have a forward helix that goes almost hidden in my hair line. I bought the chunky teeny tiny huggie and it’s transformed the piercing! I’ve been getting compliments all week and definitely heightened the ear curation game! Love love love ❤️”

“Started off great loved the dainty size however after a few days the gem started disappearing into my tragus pierced skin. Woke up to it covered & had to pull jewellery out from back. Tried on thinner part of my ear but started to swell also. Pity as loved the jewellery.”

It might be that the post needs some room for swelling if the piercing is irritated from changing jewellery. Having looked into this further, I can see that on Friday the 23rd, we sent you a prepaid returns label so you could send the hoop back to us. This allows our team to properly assess the piece in person and fix the issue for you. We're always happy to help when something isn’t quite right, and we take quality concerns very seriously.
