“I had a lovely experience at Laura Bond. From the moment I stept into the shop, I was greeted with helpful, smiling faces by the staff. After completing my Health History Form, I was introduced to Sarah Crowe and I felt in safe hands as we discussed my piercing. The result has been fabulous. “From the moment I stepped into the store until the moment I left, I felt welcomed and received outstanding customer service. Every team member was easy to talk to and knowledgable. I had help choosing an earring and then had my first ever cartilage piercing done. I was well looked after in the appointment and given clear after care instructions. I’ve already booked in for my next appointment!!”

“I recently added my 6th piercing, and as always, the experience was absolutely first-class! The staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional throughout the process. While picking out jewelry for my new conch piercing, I had the pleasure of being shown their stunning new diamond collection. There was no pressure to buy, but naturally, I gravitated toward a piece from that range, and it’s simply gorgeous! Sarah Gregory, my piercer, was, as always, exceptional—so professional, reassuring, and easy to talk to. The atmosphere of the shop was incredibly calm and inviting, and the ladies at the counter made me feel so comfortable. It’s truly a must-visit destination for anyone looking for a special treat—especially when, like me, you get the added bonus of a birthday gift from your hubby! This brand continues to impress, and the selection of jewelry is just breathtaking, with so many pieces that make you feel truly special. Can’t wait for my next visit! ❤️”

“I was super nervous about getting a septum piercing but all the staff at Laura Bond were so lovely I instantly felt at ease as soon as I got in the door. Everything was explained in detail so I knew exactly what to expect which was a huge help. The only thing I would say was that as a petite person there wasn’t much jewellery available in a smaller size for my piercing and the only 7mm hoop available was out of stock at the time. Hoping that some more choice for smaller sized septum hoops become available soon! Would defo recommend Laura Bond to anyone considering a piercing and is a little nervous!”

“I bought the hammered textured gold clicker hoop for a Daith piercing to replace the clunky rod it was pierced with 3 years ago I have struggled to find something that I liked the look of The hoop is exquisite and sooo perfect, elegant and understated . “I was constantly stalking your Instagram and was desperate to come to the shop….the shop and piercing room was just lovely! The girls in the front shop were so friendly and nothing seemed like a bother! I got 2 new piercings and some new pieces and I absolutely love them ❤️ Sarah Crowe was fantastic aswell and her calm demeanour made me feel right at ease I can’t believe the difference in getting pierced with gold and not the usual titanium…my new piercings feel amazing and it’s only been a week I will absolutely be back to build more beautiful pieces on my ears 🫶🏻”
