“The products are lovely and very good quality. The delivery time is super quick. If I had to say anything remotely negative, it would be to make it clearer for customers when buying Huggies that they are only buying ONE earring. Even though it states quantity one, you assume it’s one pair! After buying one £150 huggie I had to purchase another one. Apart from that it’s a great website with huge choice of quality products & excellent service”

“After seeing my friends beautiful piercings curated at Laura Bond, I decided to book. “I am OBSESSED with every piece of jewelry. I ended up googling “piercing studio” and realized our airbnb was super close by. My previous earring ripped out when I was visiting the Highlands. My raincoat hood got caught and ripped my previous earring clean right off. Walked into the Laura Bond studio and was helped right away! Everyone was unwaveringly kind and lovely! I forget the name of the woman who helped me, but she has gorgeous long hair; she showed me earrings and helped me choose! I was only gonna buy one and ended walking out with two new earrings. (Even though I wanted them all) I’m also really happy they ship too because I can order online in the future. 🩵”

“The earrings I have had from you are lovely but I do wish I could speak to someone, I find it really difficult when wanting to place an order and have to keep sending questions, which I am sure really annoys the team. Also it would be amazing if you could return items, which a few other online shops are now doing, as soon as you open the box you know if they are what the picture looks like, the pictures are very deceiving, look a lot larger in real life. I would buy a lot more. Sorry to rant Liz”

“great earrings but when I tried them on they didn’t fit my high lobe piercing. Sad as I spent a lot on them, not realising they wouldn’t fit a generic ear piercing. lovely product but read the no returns unlike I did.”
