“I was so nervous about getting a piercing the whole experience from start to finish was fabulous. Everyone is just so knowledgeable and took so much time discussing with me the jewellery and where I wanted the piecing to be. I choose the most beautiful starfish and it’s gorgeous wearing my hair up so everyone sees this. I honestly can’t t wait to go again and get another one. Thank you Sarah G your amazing never felt a thing it was amazing I love my earring. X Be back soon for another one. Fab shop.. The Best.”

“I'm so pleased with my purchase of two beautiful 14k pieces from Laura Bond! Both designs were just what I was looking for, especially the delicate gold vine! I've been following Laura Bond and her wonderful stylings on Instagram for a while. I took my time deciding to make the investment in the pieces, and am so glad I did! When I finally made the purchase, I was super impressed with the level of customer service. Not only did the earrings ship and deliver overseas state-side in just 4 days, but the team was extremely responsive when I inquired about swapping the 8mm backing for a 6mm. “Person who sold me my nose stud was very knowledgeable about the jewellery and what would suit me. I had to return to get the jewellery fitted, the piercer was very calming, explained thoroughly what she was going to do. Overall a very good experience.”

“Lovely shop with very friendly staff. Piercer also took time to offer advice when buying my nose stud regarding post length and my current stage of healing and when would be best time to change stud. The jewellery itself is beautiful - my stud is delicate and sparkly, just what I was after.”

“Perfect piercing experience! From booking appointment to choosing jewellery, helped and supported all the way , Sarah was my piercer and talked me through it all ,piercing was over in one deep breath! And I’m besotted , looks amazing had NO issues post piercing, like I have had with other piercings. (Different shop) . Can’t wait to get a refit in a couple months !”

“Wonderful experience from start to finish. I arrived at LB without and appointment. The ladies were able to book me in, helped me choose my jewellery, give me advice on previous piercings and get me pierced within an hour and a half! Love my new conch piercing!”

“I treated myself to a Helix piercing to mark my retirement and I called inpast to have a smaller post fitted. The earrings are so delicate and so lovely from any other earrings I have seen, so much so I upgraded my double lobe piercings during my visit. Sarah was so lovely and spent time showing and advising earrings to suit. I am going back to get a flat Helix piercing soon. If I can do it at 67, then go get your appointment made, you will love it!!”
