“Very easy to choose and purchase online. The website is great and the pictures are high quality showing a true representation of the product. The ring purchased (as an 18th birthday present) was perfect and the follow up for engraving was good. All in all, I would thoroughly recommend Lance James. Very happy all round!”

“My jewellery was beautifully packaged, you could see it had been given the 'personal touch' and was not from just another high street jewellers. My daisy necklace and earrings are just as beautiful as I hoped they'd be from the pictures on the website. Thank you.”

“Contacted them in advance of purchase s the ring, they answered quickly. The order can as per delivery date. Wrapped beautifully. Not that my partner noticed 😂. His to be wedding ring fitted perfectly and is totally what he wanted. Thank you”

“Great product! Easy regular Lance James lead communication through the process. We were encouraged to do the ring sizing service where trial sizes were provided. We are glad we were encouraged to use this service as both our ring size purchases shifted.”

“Great experience. I thought I knew the size of ring to order, but Jill advised me to try the size samples, which ended up being a great idea as I had the size completely wrong. Samples were sent super quick and I was updated throughout the process. Will deffinately use again.”

“The ring was a tenth wedding anniversary present for my husband, which he absolutely loves as it’s so lightweight and understated! Despite countless delays on my part, Lance James were extremely patient and nearly a year on from my original order were more than happy to produce the perfect ring. Would highly recommend them for all your Jewellery needs. Thanks again!”

“I found Lance James through a generic search and was a little apprehensive about placing an order without speaking face to face with anyone from the team or visiting the store. “Received my Fiancé's Wedding Ring today after taking a chance and ordering online during Lockdown. Within a few days of ordering, received a phone call from Lance James saying they were going to send out their own Ring Sizers to me just to make sure I had the correct size before they made my Partner's Bespoke ring. Thought this was extremely helpful and very thoughtful! Said the ring would take 4-6 weeks to make but actually received this well within this time. Ring arrived via Recorded Delivery today and wow, my Partner is delighted and so am I, it is absolutely gorgeous!! So, thank you Lance James you made our experience of Wedding Ring shopping stress free! Best Wishes Amanda & Brett x”
