“I originally ordered just a wedding ring through Lance James, but since have gone back to order a bracelet, too. Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the Lance James team. Not only were both orders swift to arrive (despite manufacturing lead times, of course) when I contacted the team with questions about my order they were really quick to come back with a really helpful and kind answer. The craftsmanship on both pieces of jewellery is outstanding, too… Roll on my wedding day! I can highly recommend Lance James - thank you, team for everything”

“Just want to say a massive thank you to Julia & Lance! We booked a one to one appointment to select wedding rings with not much time left before our big day.. The service was friendly, fun and very professional. We left with two amazing wedding rings that we will treasure as much as the experience of purchasing them. I went back for another one to one appointment and have purchased a surprise gift for my partner for our wedding day. Again Julia and Lance were wonderful. Thank you both so much!! Karl”

“We cannot thank Julia and Lance enough! My partner is obsessed with carbon fibre, trying to cover his car in it, and with our racing themed wedding booked it only felt right he had a carbon fibre wedding ring! I made an enquiry straight away and very promptly heard back even though they were in the process of moving. We made a one-to-one appointment to meet them at there new premises and they were very accommodating for us as we were travelling from Surrey. They were both so helpful making sure we chose the rings we are going to love forever. Considering this is all new to us they made us feel very comfortable and made the appointment a breeze. Due to us living quite a distance away, following the appointment once our rings had been made, Julia contacted me regarding postage and they arrived next day in a lovely box which we will treasure. As Lance rightly pointed out, your ring is with you every day for the rest of your life so make sure you get the most perfect one for you! We honestly cannot thank them enough for their help from start to finish.”

“We liked two rings on Lance James website so we spoke to Julia at Lance James she was so helpful regarding sizes and we ordered the two rings to look at. We decided on one of the rings and returned them both as we needed a larger size. All through the process it was easy and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend Lance James.”
