“Customers should be aware of the returns policy operated by Lampwise. If any light fittings or light bulbs are returned because they are unsuitable (for whatever reason) Lampwise will only refund 75% of the retail price. This is their policy regardless of light bulb packaging being unopened and the protective wrapping around light fittings also being untouched. I am not aware of any other electrical outlet imposing this type of penalty. I shall not be recommending Lampwise to anyone.”

Hello, We sell over 5 million different light fittings, we are unable to take the losses from in correct ordered items of customers choices. This has been written by many manufacturers, Fantasia, Inspired Lighting, Endon, DAR, Searchlight to name a few UK companies... They implement a charge of 25% of the item if it is returned once it has left their site, simply because it is an electrical item that has to be tested and checked via a qualified electrician before it safe to restock and sell to somebody else this isn't a Lampwise charge I MUST STATE THIS TERM IS ONLY FOR NO STOCKED ITEMS and we hold nearly 20,000 product lines and this term is CLEARLY displayed all over our website and in store, as our statutory rights say we as a company don't have to refund at all but we do refund on every item even ordered items, I'm sorry you feel this way about lampwise we have been established since 1999 (17 years) open 7 days a week only Christmas day and boxing day closed we strive very hard to bring you the very best lighting in the world.
